Available Programs
Woodland Farms provides an array of training, lesson, and lease programs that are suitable for our client’s needs; we are dedicated to finding a program that works best for each rider and horse. We believe every rider should have a strong foundation and understanding of how to work with and handle a horse. As part of the lesson program, we will provide a lesson horse or pony suitable for the riders’ needs and teach them how to work with their horse while grooming and tacking them up before rides, as well as untacking and preparing them to go back home when finished. It is important for our riders to establish a bond with their horse and learn responsibility through caring for them. We strive to create more than a good rider; we strive to create an excellent horseperson.
